If you lose the wristband please inform reception immediately. • Our official check-in time to the room is 14:00 and check-out time from room is 12:00. For late departure please contact with reception one (1) day before for possibilities with paying for extension time to use room. Please do not forget to leave key card to the reception before check-out from hotel. • The electrical voltage is 220 volts in room. • The balcony door needs to be closed to use the Air Condition. • You will find bottled water in your mini bar which refilled once a day and please do not drink the tab water. • Please do not leave your key cards in the energy box when you leave your room. In such cases, your key will be left at the reception by the hotel staff. It is subject to the fee in case your key is lost or damaged. • Please keep your personal documents, valuables, cash etc. in the safe in your room. The NoxInn Club is not liable for the loss of your valuables, either in the room or at the pool and beach. If you lose something or even find, please report them immediately to the reception. • Please do not bring food and drink to your room in order to prevent pest and follow hygiene rules. Food and drinks brought to the room will be charged to you. All kinds of food and beverages presented in our facility are under the responsibility of the area where they are located. Moving can cause food spoilage and pest risks • Please remember to close your room door when leaving the room. • Please do not take the room towels to the beach and pool. You will be charged for the taken room towels out from room. You can get beach towels from the SPA center at certain times with the card given to you. • Please do not reserve the sun loungers on the pool and beach by leaving towels or belongings on. In such cases, your belongings are taken by the hotel staff and left at the reception. • You can have information about additional services from reception. You will be asked to sign and keep the receipt after paying for any additional services. • For dining in the A’ la carte restaurant, a reservation must be made two days in advance with "Guest Relation Department". • Alcohol consumption under the age of 18 for our guests is prohibited. • Smoking in enclosed spaces, thus also in the rooms, is prohibited under the Turkish law. • Please do not leave your children alone in elevators, balconies, pools, Aqua Park, beach and children's playgrounds. • Please do not enter the restaurant with wet swimwear, bikini, pool and beach clothes. • The floors of the common areas throughout the facility are covered with marble and ceramics. Therefore, we ask you to pay attention to the risk of slipping. • Due to the fact that the check-out is until 12 o'clock, the key-cards are no longer functional on the day of your departure after 12 o'clock. • Before leaving from hotel please give back your key card and wristband to reception. • Your room will be checked by our hotel staff at your departure. Missing or damaged items will be charged • You can leave your luggage in the luggage room. Make sure that you do not leave any valuables in your luggage. • We do not take liability for loss or damages on articles of value. • Do not hesitate to contact with reception or Guest Relation Department to share your request, question or offers. • Our guests who are allergic to any food should report this at the time of check-in to the guest relations management. Our commitment to allergenic foods only covers precautions. It does not cover 100% allergen-free production. This is left to the choice of our guest. The hotel management is not responsible for any problems that may occur. • All materials presented in the rooms, towels, cosmetics, minibar contents, any equipment are components of the all-inclusive package with the purpose of on-site use. It is not foreseen to be taken out of the facility and it will cause necessary legal procedures. • The sunbeds that are reserved with our guest's personal belongings around the sea and the pool without using it for a long time will be emptied by the hotel authorities and the guest's items will be delivered to the reception. • If you need, you can reach the doctor's office between 09.00 - 18.00 hours, outside of these hours, you can request the reception and contact the doctor on duty. In case of an accident; you should immediately contact your insurance company and follow their instructions. • Emergency preparedness exercises will take place throughout the year to ensure the safety of our employees and guests. In order to prevent any panic that may occur, this will be announced and notified to you. • Our pools can be used from 08:00 to 18:00. Please take a shower before using the pool. In the remaining time pools are cleaned and disinfected, please do not enter. It is recommended to read and apply the pool usage and safety rules in the pool area. Pool gets closed in case of unwanted and microbial accidents caused by guests (vomiting, stool accident, in case of infected skin discharge, usage of the pool by guest with infectious disease). The pool cannot serve until the cleaning and disinfection process is finished; this period can vary from four hours to one day. • Guests who have been ill within the past 48 hours should not use the pool. • In case of fire or emergency, follow the instructions on your room door and press the emergency button. (for reception dial ‘0’) • In case of disturbance to our guests by consuming excess alcohol, hotel management will stop serving alcoholic beverages to the person. If necessary, the security forces are notified and legal proceedings are initiated and sent from the hotel. • Please do not leave your children alone on the balcony and in areas where they may have an accident. • Do not jump into the pool and the sea, please take a shower before swimming and wear appropriate clothing around the pool. • Hotel management reserves the right to terminate the stay of guests who do not comply with the rules and regulations specified in order to ensure the safety and comfort of all persons. • Ironing, hookah and similar items are not allowed in rooms and areas not suitable for their intended use. Damages caused by the use of personal devices will be charged to the guest. • Please do not cause noise by exceeding certain volume. • It is not allowed to use any kind of laser and similar items within the facility. • Visitors who are not guests of our hotel are not allowed to enter the room or other areas within the hotel. • There are waste boxes positioned at the visible points of our facility for your paper, aluminum boxes, glass, plastic and organic waste. Please use these boxes for recycling waste. There is also a publication of information in rooms and public places about environmental awareness and our over-consumption responsibility • Put your medical waste in red bags in your room and deliver it to our floor attendant. • NoxInn Club Hotel does not accept responsibility for accidents and injuries beyond its control. • Our A’ la Carte Restaurants can serve according to a certain number of reservations.
